Terms of Service

The Platform provides:

• Content registration (including blockchain timestamping)
• Assistance with filings to the United States Copyright Office
• Monitoring, enforcement, and monetization tools
• API-based integrations with third-party systems

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Hold rights or authority over submitted Content

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activities under their account
• Accuracy of submitted data

Users must not:

• Submit infringing or fraudulent content
• Abuse enforcement systems
• Attempt to manipulate platform integrations or APIs

The Platform:

• May modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• Does not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access

The Platform integrates with external systems.

It is not responsible for:

• Third-party decisions, errors, or downtime
• Revenue allocation or enforcement outcomes

The Platform retains all rights in its software, systems, and infrastructure.

Users retain ownership of their Content.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Breach of terms
• Legal risk
• Fraudulent activity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Enforcement failures
• Third-party disputes

United Kingdom law applies.
